NIGHTZ – This Actually Isn’t UnitZ

You’d think this was UnitZ, but it’s actually a whole different set of Unity assets that look just like UnitZ things.

Sigh.

  1. Sonic Team has really let this series go to shit.

  2. is it me, or are the footstep sounds from source games? I remember that sound from tf2

  3. Asset flips must make the makers of the assets feel sick, someone just stole there asset *they* made and sold it for profit

  4. Oh for fuck sakes. Can people stop adding the letter Z to the title of their fucking game projects? It’s getting old. “Everything Z”..

And fucking stop using raw assets without actually changing them up. They are there for you to learn from and understand how to do shit with the code.

Can’t wait for Steam green light to be flushed.

  5. Somehow, I don’t think Steam’s replacement for greenlight will stop these asset flips.

  6. The map is absolutely fucking tiny. Seriously, how are you supposed to _not_ be constantly chased by zombies?

  7. The zombie moans/snarls sound like theyre from Minecraft and the weapons sound like Half life ones.

  8. E is for Enventory.

  9. 7 dayZ to die: NightZ of the living dead!

  10. “This is all very shit!” Pulls out roll of toilet paper.
    Coincidence? I. THINK. PROBABLY!

  11. It’s honestly a shame. They put some okay work in, if they just did some more they could have used the map assets to build a randomised map and have a fun little survivor game on their hands. Nothing that is worth to go up on the steam store, but still a fun little thing to pass around. Maybe even good for helping them get work on an actual game.

  13. You should name it, ChunguZ

  14. Unturned wasn’t an asset flip

  15. God Bless you Jim, paying for shit so we don’t have to.

  16. there’s better zombie survival horror games than this

  17. I’m working on a UnitZ asset flip called Zzz. Will it put you to sleep? Yes.

  18. I guess Z stands for this game ranking
