In Japanese it’s “Aerith”
In English translation of classic game it’s “Aeris”
For Japanese fans and their weeabo groupies it’s “Aerith”. For English speakers outside of that group it’s “Aeris” ?
The original creators meant to write her name in such a way as to combine the word “Aeris” and “Earth” since that character is the ” embodiment of an angelic woman whose representative of the spirit of the planet in FF7″
They should’ve just called her “Aeris” across the board and be done with it. ?
