I am really focusing on high-protein recipes that are still very tasty and don’t sacrifice flavor, keeping it simple and healthy. I am feeling so good eating this way and cooking at home more👩🏻‍🍳 I hope you guys found some inspiration in these recipes!

Tuesday
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 170g cottage cheese, sourdough toast, garlic, avocado, red pepper flakes, tempeh bacon
Dinner: hummus, roasted broccoli, turkey meatballs,
Meatballs – ground turkey, yellow onion, jalapeno, cilantro, preserved lemons, garlic, harissa, shawarma seasoning, soaked stale bread
Salad – red onion, cucumber, feta, olive oil

Wednesday
Breakfast: roasted turkey & eggs, reduced sugar vanilla almond milk, rolled oats, banana, pomegranate, blueberries, peanut butter
Lunch: extra firm protein tofu, tamari/coconut aminos, soba noodles, edamame, cucumbers, rice vinegar, green onions, chili oil
Dinner: I combined both of these recipes

Breakfast: Smoked Salmon Bagel

Dinner: onion, tomato paste, smoked paprika, white beans, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, ground turkey, garlic, thyme, garlic salt, calabrian chili, cabbage, thyme, olive oil

  8. I don’t add milk to my pancakes & instead add 1/4cup egg whites. I think the milk makes them thinner.

  9. If you skip the milk with the oat pancakes they get fluffy 😚 my fav recipe is: 40g of oats, 1 egg, 1 Banana, cinnamon if wanted then mix for 1 min and cook in the pan with butter until golden brown – et voila👩🏻‍🍳

  12. Alia! Add some Greek yogurt and Xantham gum to the protein pancakes this helps mine come out fluffy and I don’t add oats to it because the Greek yogurt has a tons of protein. For a sweet taste & tooth add semi sweet chocolate chips. This pairs deliciously. I make these when I’m too lazy to make myself dinner and with 3 I’m really full.

  18. For the pancakes — try adding a teaspoon of baking powder for fluffiness! And not blending them for too long. It helps a ton!

  20. 15:00 add some greek yogurt and it will be sooo fluffy and moist 😋
