Salad – red onion, cucumber, feta, olive oil
Wednesday
Breakfast: roasted turkey & eggs, reduced sugar vanilla almond milk, rolled oats, banana, pomegranate, blueberries, peanut butter
Lunch: extra firm protein tofu, tamari/coconut aminos, soba noodles, edamame, cucumbers, rice vinegar, green onions, chili oil

I don’t add milk to my pancakes & instead add 1/4cup egg whites. I think the milk makes them thinner.
If you skip the milk with the oat pancakes they get fluffy 😚 my fav recipe is: 40g of oats, 1 egg, 1 Banana, cinnamon if wanted then mix for 1 min and cook in the pan with butter until golden brown – et voila👩🏻🍳

Alia! Add some Greek yogurt and Xantham gum to the protein pancakes this helps mine come out fluffy and I don’t add oats to it because the Greek yogurt has a tons of protein. For a sweet taste & tooth add semi sweet chocolate chips. This pairs deliciously. I make these when I’m too lazy to make myself dinner and with 3 I’m really full.

For the pancakes — try adding a teaspoon of baking powder for fluffiness! And not blending them for too long. It helps a ton!
