Love how Stormwing drops to the ground and opens the wings like a cape being swept back. So cool!
@Alys Sinclair I love Stormwing’s design honestly. I thought it would be another generic Griffon model, glad they made it an osprey.
He makes 2 entrances like a batman haha at the beggining with “WHERE IS HE?!?!” and with wings like a cape. True Batman of the Warhammer universe

When I was a kid I remember Eltharion as the White Sword of Hoeth, blinded by Malekith and set back to Ulthuan in shame. He trained in Hoeth and turned into a Daredevil with a sword king of guy, full of hate and need of revenge. I now that was retconned in 8th edition, but part of me hopes that we get to see The White Sword in TWH.
And then there’s my boy Grom, one of those legendary (as in part of myth) characters from the Greenskins, my Warhammer army when I was a child. I always thought that he survived his battle with Eltharion, and that he would eventually return, I even created some background scenarios to play with my brother and friends about it, but never had the chance to do it. Now CA has given me the opportunity to return to the good ol’ days and get that story done.
As a fan of GW and WHF since I was a 8 years old child (more than 20 years ago), I want to thank CA for the magnificent job they are doing with this game and the respect they show to it, its classic background (Hell, they even rescue armies from White Dwarf articles, like the Vampire Coast), and the fans. After this, all I have to say is SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!
Heck, buddy, they show more respect to WHF and classic GW than GW do.
And even if they don’t add a blind version then we can wait for modders to make one!
I did love blind swordmaster Eltharion, back in 6th. It was a rare case, in Warhammer Fantasy, of a character meaningfully changing and growing over time, and it felt like he’d really been on a journey, and maybe found some peace.

@Garrick Berry Well in his lore a group of other goblins tricked him into eating it because troll meat can regenerate and they wanted it to expand in his stomach to watch him explode for a laugh. Instead his stomach acid was strong enough to keep the meat small enough to bloat him into the absolute unit we see now.

@paleface171 yeah its very much the same face with only slight tweeks.. they are masters of mesh mashing! also they used at least 3 mods that I could see to make that trailer and a few mods became campaign mechanics…

Grom one of the most successful greenskin warlords there ever was. Fought and defeated the humans,the dwarves, and nearly defeated the elves. Not only that but his body was never found so there was a good chance he survived. He is Grimgor and Skarsnik in one package.

Actually Grom was officially killed as mentioned by one of the Black Library authors:
“It was revealed by a BL author that Grom is dead. Eltharion, on a solo mission, Hunted him down, Tortured him in ways that would put the dark elves to shame, then fed his body piece by piece into a magical furnace. The Grim kept this to himself since he didn’t want the other elves to know he sunk to such levels of barbarity.”

@OhManTFE I can see that, but there is also the following passage in the book Return of Nagash which alludes to Eltharion killing Grom:
“He looked at Eltharion. ‘We are but a small force, Warden of Tor Yvresse, and in enemy lands. Think of the fate you inflicted on Grom, Eltharion. Haste did not save the greenskin from the death of a thousand cuts”
Unless it’s possible that the “death by a thousand cuts” portion is just talking about Grom’s defeat by Eltharion.
