@Droppin Julz Well right now the owners won’t agree to expansion because the TV deal wouldn’t make that much more money for each team. So if they do expand then owners would each receive less of the pie they get now. Not to mention Seattle didn’t really have a facility for the Sonics in place but now that the Key Arena is being renovated they got that. I think when the new Turner deal ends in 2025, Seattle has a good chance of getting a team. It’s obviously a big market and since 2008 there’s been a massive tech boom in the area. Let’s just hope the owners can get behind adding 2 more teams before the next TV deal
@Droppin Julz it will happen because the NBA is low key testing the market for Vegas. Pelicans move to the EC, Sea and Vegas are in the west. Everything balances out
