i love how loud and jarring the characters are. it’s not a jump scare because you come to expect it and also they just sound like that any time they speak or move. but nonetheless it’s a consistently disturbing presence. it’s so overwhelming and stressful in such a surprising and refreshing way.

Happy early birthday Mark, I worry that I won’t be able to wish you a happy birthday on the 28th as I am mentally and physically worsening, along with depression trailing behind me.
