Now a Final Fantasy character is in Tekken? I’m not impressed. People need to understand that this isn’t great like many people think. I’m sure Namco did this to get non Tekken fans who love Final Fantasy to buy Tekken 7 for the holiday season. I wonder if he’s officially in the storyline and before anybody tells me; “Shut up! Stop complaining its just a game!”. Sit down and shut your mouth! If you can praise this, then I can bash it.
i played through ff15 3 times and I’m a Lars main. this made me happy.

Tekken ISN’T a hand-to-hand martial arts fighting game anymore. We got animals, we got giant robots, we got an alien samurai or whatever he’s supposed to be, we got a robot girl with chainsaws, Bane-like experimental monster, demons of different types, an idol, Street Fighter and King of Fighters characters. Can anything be outrageous anymore? No. Anything goes now!
If anything, I’m actually happy about this guest character. When I heard about it, I had mixed feelings but seeing the way that they integrated him into the system, I feel like he’s well-implemented as a Tekken character mechanically. Better than Akuma, Eliza or Geese anyway IMO. As for lore, Who cares? Tekken has a crappy story anyway.

This is the only game I’ve played with a community that thinks everything is supposed to be handed out to them. Most of you sound like kids that don’t get their way. Do most of you not see that? There’s always something said about a character not fitting. Have you unsatisfied “fans” really paid attention to this video at all?
