It always bothers me that brad never does side quest stuff to level up and just tries to do the main missions with crap gear
Just a little FYI on lock-picking, the outer ring turns blue with the picks that will work for that circle section, but you have to have the lock picking skill at lvl 4 I’m pretty sure. You can see in the video 12:23
