gamean wandering traders could just be villagers who set out on a quest and find things along the way. Once they stumble upon a player they are shocked an imedatly approach them because they never saw someone like that

@rstnpce33 YouTube yeah I was just about to say that endermen are unique in the way that they have greater will to do their own actions, such as picking up the entire block instead of one that was dropped on the ground that the other mobs choose to pick up and use for only the purpose of defeating the player.
They can also hold potatoes weirdly enough.
Good theory, but how would the endermen get teleporting powers from the chorus fruit? You can only get chorus fruit by going to the end city which is unlocked by defeating the ender dragon.
GrandpaShrek they went to the end first, spent some decades there, resorted to eating the fruit after they ran out of food, and then became endermen with the power to teleport
You can find endermen I=in the hidden end city area with the chorus fruit
The islands with the end cities are exactly 1000 blocks away from the Ender Dragon’s island. It’s difficult to react before killing the ender dragon, but possible. Logdotzip has a video of that.
The reason why endermen don’t like endermites can be rooted back to the silverfish.
In the portal room of the Stronghold theres a silverfish spawner, I assume it was created by ”The older civilization” to keep intruders out, what MatPat said at 9:55 A stronghold is a defensive building against attacks. So the silverfish spawner could’ve been a last resort to defending the portal to their ”Safe world” from whatever that tried killing them in the overworld.
But why Silverfish?
Silverfish can destory blocks (only stones) and of course ”The older civilization” Hated them and used them as an advantage for a defence machanism.
And because silverfish only eat stone can be the reason why there are no stone monuments.
sure, you have the jungle forrest and the sea ruins, but the silverfish couldn’t reach them.
I don’t know, you fill in the gaps, like ”How do the endermites spawn?”. I’m way to tired for this.

What I see is that endermen hate endermites because endermites spawn from enderballs, and attack most things such as the player itself. And endermen are always using enderballs, or at least something identical to it, so endermen identify endermites as some sort of pest that should be killed. Just as the player finds silverfish to be some sort of pest.
How about endernite are transformed sliferfish that went through the portal and just like the now endermen did
No joke, you should write a super complicated story. You have such good concepts for plots that the creators in Minecraft never even thought of.

Sometimes when Endermen teleport they spawn a Endermite which are basically silverfish from the end, and in strongholds next to the portal are silverfish spawners. Endermites can also spawn when a player uses a enderpearl
