Def no. The movie is very clearly far removed from the games and the books. The games and books are pretty similar but the movie is extremely different in plot, characters, timeline, and general events

There’s a little more to add on, but quite a bit unrelated.
In the Night 4 call, all animatronics are attacking what we assume to be William. Just like when William was cornered and went into the old Bonnie suit.
Maybe the call could have been made outside the storage room and he was inside the security guard’s room, assuming the ghosts of the children could sound and act like their animatronic counterparts. The children got in and the call ended when William started running.
Fun fact: Phone Guy is the assistant manager of the pizzeria
