Digital Homicide Resurfaces With Some Incredible BS

I know, I know. Rise above it. Let them whine in their dingy little hole. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of reading some of the self-martyrdom that Robert Romine has indulged in, and I had to address it.

Digital Homicide is back, now trying to flog their garbage on Itch, and they’re celebrating their return by doing what they do best – blaming me for their problems.

Armed with a bunch of defaming bullshit, Romine has been on an obsessive posting spree, and while I realize some of you want me to ignore it, I’m not going to allow them to play the martyrs after what they pulled.

The Romines do not get the final say in this. Ever.

  1. Jim Sterling : Makes a video about Digital Homicide.

Digital Homicide : Why do I hear boss music playing?

  2. Jim Sterling: “You couldn’t live with your own failure. Where did that bring you? Back to me.”

  3. “Thousands of hours” – Assuming you work 12 hours a day every day on a game, it take roughly 83 days to reach 1000 hours.
They currently have ~31 “games” on itch.io – Which doesn’t even include The Slaughter Grounds. If they truly spent at least 1000 hours per game, that would mean 7 years of non stop 12 hour days.
Buuut then again, they might have gotten their math wrong. 😉

  4. “..was met with his normal arrogant contemptuousness.”

I mean, That’s a big reason I’m subbed. I always look forward to Jim’s ” normal arrogant contemptuousness” regardless of what the video is about!

  5. That feeling when you’re sued by someone who doesn’t even own a calculator…

  6. “Jim keeps bring us up!” I forgot who you people were because Jim, nor anyone for that matter, has talked about you in like 2 years

  7. “Thousands of hours of development”
Didn’t they put out something like 20 games a day on Steam? How many hours are in a day, again?

  8. Jim Sterling dragged out the case by bringing a lawyer to a lawsuit

  9. “How did Robert manage to write these blog posts with his wrists nailed to the cross?”
I was not ready for that one. xD

  10. DH: I’m a game developer!

Naw dog, you’re two idiots in a game dev trenchcoat.

  11. Jim Sterling: *goes literally years without a thought to DH after the dismissal and carries on with various other, more persistent bugbears*
DH: *apparently still letting their failure live rent-free in their heads after all these years*

  12. 3:46
“Just because I *(Co-owner of Digital Homicide)* agreed with my brother’s *(the other co-owner)* decision to sue you, that doesn’t mean that *Digital Homicide* sued you.”

Boy, I love a cup of semantics in the morning.

  13. Digital Homicide: *returns*
    Jim Sterling: “Not you again…”
    Lawyers: “Not you again…”
    Judge: “Not you again…”

They got lucky for not getting sued for libel the first time around, and here they are again pushing the exact same envelope they retrieved from the dumpster.

  14. The Chaos Dragoness

    DH: **reappears**

    Jim Sterling: Whatever.

DH: We’re gonna tell the REAL truth about the Jim Sterling lawsuit!

Jim Sterling: **Il Vento d’Oro starts playing**

  15. “Almost Everyone Will Enjoy”

Well… I do enjoy the cosmic irony, a little.

  16. “Wasn’t thrown out”? Dismissed with prejudice is thrown out so hard that it’s not allowed back

  17. Digital Homicide: is back
    Jim:
DigiHom: “We’re gonna tell you why we sued Jim Sterli-
