The worst part is how getting Terry Crews was actually feasible due to him acknowledging voicing Doomfist on multiple occasions. Dang it, Blizzard.
Doomfist needs an alternate skin called Doom crews and fully voiced by him, i’d never take that skin off

I think the reason that Bliz didn’t choose terry for the voice is because he would sound offensive towards Africans. Especially compared to the more authentic sounding voice Blizzard chose for Doomfist. But since when does logic get attention in the comment section.

I can kind of understand why they’d give doomfist the african voice actor over terry though.
Think about it with me real quick.
If Doomfist was inherited by a different guy, like ‘The Hero’ doomfist, then it would fit greatly, a hyped up heroic dude.
BUT the current Doomfist is an antagonist to Overwatch, and terry crew’s voice truly sounds like terry when he’s a hyped up good guy, for example this recent canon version of doomfist would fit to a voice that can sound more grim with conviction. Whereas Terry Crews would fit greatly to a protagonistic doomfist that would be hyped up all the time.
