I got to be honest that the one shot was OP but he needs a buff

I was a roadhog main, either give him his one shots back or delete him. Can’t change a characters fundamental design after they’ve already been designed, tested, released, tweaked, and balanced. His upcoming buffs will do nothing but help the enemy team generate more ult charge.
