If you think about it, it makes sense that breathing through your mouth is worse for you because the hair in your nose is what catches dust and small particles in the air that you’re breathing, so if you breathe through your mouth all of that dirt and dust isn’t being filtered out and it’s going into your lungs, whereas when you breathe through your nose that gets caught on the hairs and later turns into boogers, which you then blow out of your nose into a tissue and dispose of. Pretty neat how the body can filter itself like that. And then there’s those mouth breathers that take that gift for granted 😒
Mark using like engineering terms or like big words that no one has heard of, and Wade and Bob being confused is my favorite part of this dynamic 😂

Mouth breathing can also cause you to develop an overbite if you do it for many years, as I’ve come to find out, due to the fact that, after years of being forced to breathe through my mouth because my nose is always stuffed or I have a cold or something, my jaws are now misaligned.
