Weird how the corporate minecraft stuff is desperatly trying to remind us of jeb, like a political party fronting a new candidate.
@The Cornfield You’re right. Not to discredit the hard work and soul Jeb has poured into this game as both a leader and a member of the dev team, but we shouldn’t forgot that he was basically handed Minecraft as a fully-fleshed “completed” game. Notch did all the heavy lifting to get to that point (as far as the leadership role, anyway). Microsoft are probably trying to brush all that under the rug because Notch was always very openly against big corporate BS politics and a huge advocator of transparency. Jeb may very well be as well, but because of NDAs and his employment with Microsoft he isn’t going to be allowed to voice his views as long as his name is on the project.
Kinda ironic since they didn’t make it either, they bought it from Notch
