ok friends, let’s get real…for the past six months, my workout routine has been nonexistent. And who can blame me? The last six months involved moving across the country to nyc, traveling for a month, finding an apartment and settling into life in a new city, and work work work.

But here’s the thing: while my taste buds have been loving the guilt-free culinary exploration through nyc it’s time to reign it in a little. So, 2024 is the year I reclaim my groove. This isn’t about punishment, it’s about empowerment. Join me on this journey of self-love and rediscovery. I’ll be sharing my stumbles, triumphs, and of course some healthy recipes along the way.
