This El Tío reminded me about El Goblino! Now I’ve searched and there are no goblins in the bible and they are just a part of folk lore but the similarity of the name (probably because both come from Spanish) is remarkable! Maybe this is setting out to be in Bolivia or Mexico/Bolivia?
