In Sony’s defense, it sounds less like Sony is taking content, & more lost their authority to provide it in the first place. This also isn’t even the first time it’s happened either, as Amazon had licensing issues for Kindle books in the beginning; let’s also not forget the P.T. issue. Really, digital distribution is still new, & hardly been thought out long term.
Also, most people have never read a ToS to understand that they technically agreed to all of this.
