When you laid into the horn, one of the employees should have stopped the track ASAP. The wash is responsible. The rollers on the track keep pushing until someone powers them off. When her car stalled, I bet she put it in park. The rollers will bump right under your tires and keep on pulling the next car along, which is what happened to you.

The ones that I used to use had an emergency cut off if a driver didn’t pull off in a certain amount of time. Everyone comes to a halt and this kind of thing doesnt happen
Man those maxima 3.5 got such shitty cam sensors that cuts out the engine whenever it feel like it.

Rochester resident myself, I’ve been through this wash before. I’m a bit disappointed in the irresponsibility of the DS staff, they should have told the person if their car is having mechanical problems that they should not enter the wash. Also you’d think there’d be an emergency stop function if two or more cars were colliding inside the wash. Sorry about your truck, hopefully someone is taking care of damages.
that’s really a terrible design. Any car wash that forces you to crash into the person ahead of you if they’re not paying attention or whatever has serious problems. Any car wash I’ve ever been to only allows one vehicle in at a time, and doesn’t allow the next one in until the last one has clearly left the facility.
Newer gen. Maxima stalling? Either lack of maintenance of they messed with the electrical system to upgrade the music and screwed it up.
