The newly updated Crystal Isles launches on PC with a 150 sq km map with a wide variety of awe-inspiring biomes teeming with life. Build your bases high in rainforest canopies or mysterious floating islands, then dive deep into undersea caverns in search of resources.
In addition to Tropeognathus and Crystal Isles making its grand debut, we’ll be introducing 5 new chibi’s to collect. Looking to complete your chibi collection? A brand new feature for this event allows you to trade 4 for a new one in the forge.
Throw a surprise party for your tribe-mates with the new pop-out birthday cake structure and have a get-together with your tribe wearing party hat skins from prior events!
I like the retextured tapes with rockets that can most likely shoot down turrets from out of range
If rockets are used as ammo then the turrets will probably shoot them down, but judging from how broken magmasaurs were when they were first released I wouldn’t be surprised if this would actually happen.
@Poseidon no grenades are used as ammo, also it does like no damage to structures
Well this would be a classic ark move… countless times theyve done this with dinosaurs
It uses grenades and I doubt they’re going to be destroying structures, even if they can it’s hard as shit bc you can only shoot in jet mode so it’d basically be a suicide run
You guys know that turrets can shoot down grenades right? I don’t think thus is gonna be the None plus ultra at raiding now.

Yep they are really forgetful. This kind of stuff has been happening since forever. They nerfed flyers heavily once because in pvp they were ridiculous and also nerfed the turret quetz but here we are with griffins, titans, managarmr, blood stalker and now this Tropeognathus with a gun mounted on it… Fuck these devs man

@Life Sculpture I think we have to accept that ARK wasn’t really made for PvP. I mean, is a game with dragons, aliens and dinossaurs, plus industrial and futuristic tech involved. There’s no way to be cool and be balanced under these circunstances, and that’s why I only play PvE.
Ark isn’t supposed to be PVP because of how many changes they have to do but its still an amazing game because it exceeds the limit of fun in survival and story and I don’t care what you say about it its amazing (that’s my opinion on it at least)

@RanT Tatics they no longer outsource which they did with all maps prior to Genesis. It all being done in-house means slower releases but hopefully PC will find all bugs for us so it doesn’t break the game when it’s released lol.
