BAHA….BAHAHAHAHAHA OMFG THIS JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER. *Clears throat* Well maybe PUBG Corp can now focus on improving on their game rather than whining about Fortnite.
Epic games should include a clause in their Unreal Engine licence agreement that they can revoke said licence if a company using it sues Epic Games for frivolous reasons.
Speaking of Fortnite’s art-style, it looks similar to Overwatch with the semi-cartoonish characters and vibrant colors. Personally, I’m really hoping we’re starting to see a trend shift where mainstream games doesn’t have to be “realistic” (and by “realistic” I mean make everything brown and grey and all characters looking constipated) in order to be considered worthwhile by marketing executives.
The Damage is already been done, PUBG now will always synonymous with Lawsuit and the greed to control/monopoly the Battle royale genre.. *Clap* Great job guys
neither of these companies invented the genre (technically you could say Godleneye 64’s multiplayer was the first) so neither has the right to be greedy assholes about it.
Not surprised. Those spineless bastards doesnt have a leg to stand on.
“currently unknown” LMAO
*raises hand*. I know the reasons! I am sure they got tons of emails about it, probably lost players because of it, and know that they won’t win
Something tells me their Korean lawyers explained that this wouldn’t go their way in any court of law.
no respect left for bluehole. suing left and right while also copying Fortnite’s battle pass, but making a worse version of it.
They were never going to win

They knew they were gonna lose. They cannot claim BR as their own when there have been BR game before PUBG
Well that was about as unexpected as Steam not being able to handle the first few hours of the summer sale. >.>
I’m guessing the legal fees would be too high
lol now the suckers who still play PUBG will have to pay for all the lawyer fees with more event pass BS muhahahahahhha

I wanted to make dinner this evening… but I can’t risk using a pan or PUBG will sue me.

I guess you could say they got…BlueBalls lol
Well that ended much less dramatically than MatPat claimed it would.
