Other than getting 3 guns without mule kick and going down , you get the Samantha glitch when someone turns on the trap on you and revives you over and over again once you on the trap and after you get revived when the trap is off you get the Samantha glitch. Sometimes it happens when you grab a gun from a wall buy or mystery box, it does that randomly out of nowhere.
You can still get the Annihilator gun without mule kick

Samantha Glitch never happened to me before, but I wanted to get the glitch at least once even though it reverts all of your weapon.

Samantha glitch bc u had anniahlator and it mistakes for 3rd weapon and u lose everything
I have experienced the same thing bro
All I do was get revived but had no weapons and the laughed happened as I tried to get a new weapon from the box but the laughing happened and had nothing but a pistol
