I personally don’t think the word “sorry” matters if you use “apologise”
Still cant believe that an actual company tried to do this, make you wonder if there are other companies that that get away with this because they scare smaller creators into submission. Hopefully this will get more people to speak out against this kind of corporate bullying in the future.
Once again, Jim getting involved with common sense and facts wins the day. Good on you Jim.

At very least, they admitted they fucked up. Too bad it’s not going to stop them or anyone else from abusing copyright strikes for ad hoc censorship in the future. #ThankGodForJimFuckingSterlingSon

As Demetri Martin said (paraphrasing) “”I’m sorry” and “I apologize” mean exactly the same thing… unless you’re at a funeral.”
It only took 3 times and all but one of their largest Community Contributors leaving their EU program for them to get this across.
“We’re sorry we didn’t get away with it.”

Wargaming EU still lost some Community Contributors (e.g. Mighty Jingles, PointyhairedJedi etc) even after this ‘apology’ . They realised putting all your eggs in one basket could be very risky in the future and had similar issues with the apology as Jim Sterling
