If Beth do start ES 6, they had best call you in for whatever half assed briefing they have for settlements and you can stand up with your crew and say “Gentlemen! This is how to do it”.

Bethesda will see this and implement changes in the next ES/FO game. They will have 6-10 years to work on it. It will be given minimal dev time and not enough testing time. When time is short most of the changes will be scrapped.
That future settlement system will be 10% better than the current one. Many will say, “I remember that from Sim Settlements. Why did they do it so half-assed?”
