You can’t get banned if you’re in alpha
Around year + ago I got banned because someone hacked my account and probably used hacks bots whatever I did write to support about it asking them to check Ip, chat logs, game stats, champion picks etc that person even spoke with different language cuz I managed to get into account after changing password and then half week passed and boom banned. Riot support didn’t care at all for what I was saying the responses were like copy paste eventually they said that they “DONT BAN ME” but my account (so im like holy shit what a whorish slutty account i’ve raised) so no actual caring about people from this company unless you are 400k susbscribers streamer/youtuber XDD since that moment all I can say is fuck Riot Games it’s terrible company the game is falling apart Fortnite is new thing and will grab many players tired of bullshit champions bugs toxic community 0 support thanks for reading.
Okay, Riot Korea seriously needs an external body (whether that be an independent one or Riot NA/EUW/China etc) to come in and review their protocols. It is so clear that they are insufficient and outdated (and maybe discriminatory?). A brief look into how they’ve handled Cowsep over the past few weeks should cast serious doubt over their competency. It’s honestly appalling. They have degraded, undermined and downright insulted Cowsep, which all form the basis of toxic behaviour. This leads into a greater point: if Riot Korea itself displays these kinds of behaviours then it comes as no surprise that the server itself inherently possesses the same unacceptable behaviours. If Riot as a whole cares about their community and the game itself they NEED to do something about this urgently.
