You need to shoot the Helmets iff the Knights so the parasite comes out & then throw the grenade.
Get the Treasure Map for the Castle so you can see the treasures on the map.
You can also see the blue Medallions on the map once you collected the letter from the merchant.

brad, once the plaga forms on the enemy if you throw a flash grenade it will instantly kill any plaga near the flash. at least this is how it was in the original game! i hope you see this!!
At this rate you’re going to end up beating the game and never using those red jewels when they could have helped you so much. When I played through at this point I had the Red9 for ages and it was fully upgraded. And it made handgun ammo as powerful as the original shotgun.
