This is a route I just recently stumbled upon on stream. I don’t doubt that it’s been done by accident by people in SoloQ games or something, but I’m very doubtful people use it while knowing about it. Has a lot of potential the higher the mmr is, as obviously skewed jungle routes and mid priority is more powerful there. I think the best route is for bottom to hard-leash red(on blue side) while you consume raptors first and then pick up red quickly. Then you proceed as normal. Thanks for watching!

So, which junglers can viably do this? Assuming the regular lv 4 route, but with giving 2 birds to mid, which another comment has proven is possible, all you need is a jungler that can do well vs red without a leash level 1, and that seems like all junglers that can aoe birds on the initial clear and not lose too much hp.
So the whole idea to this is for both Top and Mid to get lvl2 from 1st wave, and it’s only viable for red side(if you are blue side you simply give 1 raptor to your mid and everyone is happy). At low MMR the chances that your laners will take advantage of that are grim. At high MMR though you successfully ganked 2 lanes lvl1 by doing that. But considering that your opponents are also high MMR they will notice this, and the enemy jng can invade your red, by doing raptors-his red-your red(or red/blue-your red). So instead of going to gromp, it would be more ideal to secure your red after raptors. You will get the exact same amount of EXP, and this route only wastes 4.5 seconds more than if you did the raptors-gromp. But even in this case, there is the chance that the enemy goes blue-red and, unless you have good communication with your mid/top(and move as enemy jng is spotted on river ward), you are screwed. IF both sides play it perfectly(vision included) there are 3 results i can see. 1) Vertical jungling(benefits red side), 2) 2v2 fight at red(blue has midlvl1+jnglvl2 and red has the opposite.benefits whoever has the strongest 2v2 with those levels), 3) Blue jng concedes when enemy mid moves to cover(benefits red side).

He didnt steal anything.. LS realized that there could be a consistent strat around leaving 2 raptors for your laners to make them hit 2 on the first wave aswell as getting the increased xp from your second camp from being lvl 1 when killing it. The big thing here was about the raptors, which was an unintentional result of this Kayn being invaded. Also there is no need to write an essay on why running all the way to gromp is a bad idea, I’m sure if LS were to put more thought into he’d realize going Red second would work just aswell.
