@DarkPortal to be fair when was the last time the nether was changed significantly? In 1.7.2 caves generation was tweaked then in 1.8 they could generate in most biomes. Thats not a lot but the last time the nether was changed significantly it was 1.5.
Bedrock just got cave noises in this update too
