You are kidding right? Of COURSE it will be a always online game. Companies need your stats, your data, all your every second of movement and input you do, they need everything about you to “improve their product”, or simply sell your email, etc., to others. Of COURSE it will be online only, and you need to register the game, register each car, and GOD FORBID any of the servers are lagging or overloaded, you can look at “Failed to log in” screens for a couple days.
