I am so glad I cancelled my pre-order. The trial was bad but, man…the more I see the more I’m convinced about the dire state of the script. I stopped reading shit written for teenagers BY teenagers when I stopped being a teenager and it feels like the entire Andromeda script was written by an eager 14 year old.
The original Mass Effects were hammy at times, sure, but at least they had soul overall.

I think it’s very progressive that Bioware made Sara Ryder suffer from down syndrome. It really shows that the differently abled can explore galaxies just like the rest of us.
