Extremely pleased to see the Capcom-side pulling more of the weight in this trailer.
Early footage made it look like Ultron Sigma, a character who retains most recognizable features from Ultron, must be stopped by Thanos, a Marvel villain, while Marvel heroes debate if that’s a good idea, with Capcom characters being background noise.
But with Jedah being a third major threat next to Thanos and Ultron Sigma, and some excellent character-interactions in- and out of canon (X and Zero arm-bump, Haggar suplexing Nemesis), it looks like the Capcom part is well-accounted for, which is easing my worries.

Yep. I’m definitely no longer excited for this game. I was kind of interested to see what they were doing with the Ultron Sigma merge, but now the story looks as cliche as you can get in terms of “Worlds Collide” stories, with Civil War unnecessarily thrown into the mix. The only aspect that I honetsly think looks exciting is Dante fighting Jedah, which Capcom teased us with in Capcom Fighting Evolution.

Thanks for fixing Chun. But I feel you guys just did it to please the audience rather than doing it because you saw a problem there. Gamora’s, cap’s, morrigan’s and dante’s faces still look horrible, not to mention the game’s shader.

No X-men, No Doom, No FF, No Magneto. Bland roster with the safest picks I’ve ever seen. A basic baby story mode. Piss poor looking graphical art style. (Seriously Captain America and Rocket look fugly).

On DBFZ’s side we got the confirmation of Super Saiyan Blue and the Androids. Meanwhile, here we get a cool looking Story Mode trailer for Infinite along with confirmation of modes in the game. This makes me happy and excited for both games. I can’t wait until they come out!
