I think her voice suits her, will you be happy if you lived your entire life in the void? same as depressed people or people who gone through some traumatic experience most likely you’ll have a monotoned voice too.
This is funny, for one side she is kinda bland in her VO compared to other characters, but on the other she actually seems really nice when not talking about void-related stuff. She thanks supports when they heal/shield her, says that everything will be ok when they recall, comments on her own mistakes when she misses her W… She just seems like a really nice person to talk to even though she sounds very boring compared to other characters
