Also with the endermite part, endermen will attack any endermites near them this could be explained because, the endermen are ancient builders who started the chain reaction and THEN endermites finished the job. And the ancient builders, who evolved into the endermen, hasn’t forgotten but refuses to take the blame

A few small nit-picks
A. Endermites aren’t trapped in ender pearls, when you throw an ender pearl you travel through some kind of in between dimension where endermites live, the endermites then try to latch on to you because of their parasitic nature, this is why enderman hate them, Andrew might do the same thing to enderman when they teleport.
B. If the ancient builders invaded first and the pigglins retaliated how come we don’t see any remains of portals that the builders built, the ruin portals in Minecraft were the ones built by the pigglins
C. It’s heavily implied that it wasn’t the ancient builders that find a way the netherite but rather the pigglins, it’s likely pigglins just like precious materials in general they just prefer gold because it’s the most common where they’re from, but when they mined a way all the netherite they’re greed and desperate search for precious materials lead them to attempt to invade other dimensions for their materials. I stated in the video they have diamonds but they clearly don’t understand how useful they are, this is because all they care about is having the materials in their possession.

Or its just the constraints of adding extremely complex biomes and creatures in a sandbox game. Which is why Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Legends have more creatures and biomes.
