I like how President Shinra pins Avalanche on Wutai. It gives the public more reason to distrust Avalanche (since Midgar and Wutai are at war) and gives Yuffie a reason to join the party (if she thinks they’re Wutai’s allies).
The graphics looks like FFVII advent children. Maybe even better.
