Electronic Arts has promised to learn lessons and not repeat mistakes after the Star Wars Battlefront II fiasco.
If that sounds familiar, it’s because EA promises this after EVERY fiasco.

Reading that title I got really excited but by the end I realised ea were going to keep making Star Wars games ?

When the fuck did this become an acceptable excuse. When I was growing up I was taught that that is not a good excuse but apparently shit has changed. I guess now “They did it first” is an OK excuse now. Good to know.
These statements from AAA devs are as flaccid as I am when another FPS game gets released
They should just take Battlefront 2 (2005) – put on a Graphics overhaul – and add the star wars sequels as DLC
And if they have to make it “more modern” give us a custom character with his own loadout for Galactic Conquest

You know that “fool me once” saying? So what do we say when the same entity has tried to fool us all about 1,000 times? Other than BULLSHIT I mean.
We’re hitting levels of doubt that shouldn’t be possible.
Paring that statement down to the core: “…we got it wrong…It doesn’t mean we will stop…we’ll continue to push…monetization, loot boxes”
