Wow I actually have a valid point: the dev is indulging in his own assetfliptiation, like dw9. Some dev re-uses his own assets. All 9 polygon shapes that compose them. And because they are original to the dev, he has the right to publish another game on a current gen console.
Reminds me how valve always approves source games, game guru stuff, because the platform wants to promote any games that use its own developed engine
