As much as I love Heather, I wish my boy James was the survivor instead. Pyramid head was his punisher.
@AlySilent Heather can, sorta. She bears a god within her body and has innate psychic powers that allow her to do stuff people normally can’t (such as having power over the Entity in itself!)
Silent Hill also has a tendency to follow its victims no matter where they go. She was out of the town (and so was Henry) when the Otherworld came knocking. The Entity is some kind of abomination like Silent Hill itself and as it can pull people out of any timeline and universe, nothing prevents it from pulling a creature out of a man’s psyche given a physical shape in the Otherworld.
Besides, Heather herself has her own inner demons. Seeing Pyramid Head when she hasn’t defeated God yet would be just yet another oddity of the town.
James himself saw Angela’s monster because he had similar psychological issues, so why wouldn’t the “Mother” of the “God” of Silent Hill be able to see the town’s “Executioner”? Would that not be considered an offense to “Saint Alessa”?
TL;DR it doesn’t fit, but if it did fit, then Heather would oneshot the thing on the spot.
@BelieveIt1051 Heather saw posters of Maria because its an easter egg. Nothing else. Also the town may just want to mess with James’ head.

Since Pyramid Head is a manifestation of James, explain me the r4pe scene of Pyramid Head with another monster, which by the way has a female appearance. And also explain me Maria, which is also a manifestation of James, having more of a seductive personality which in a particular scene Maria pulls out a key from her chest and James pay a lot attention to that.

@Ping Bong Konami has proven to suck ass by giving up games for pachinko, that’s obvious as Metal Gear Survive is literally their latest big title and that’s the latest game they had. But dont you think its possible that they can probably see the amount of money they could make if they hire a great dev team to make an amazing game and being potentially new people interested to buy Silent Hill?.I mean look what Star wars Battlefront 2 did, a universally hated game with greedy microtransactions from the Spawn of Datan EA, basically shoving Pay to win bs down consumer throats, turned into a game with no microtransactions that give an edge over people and have basically turned that game into a game lots of people actually love. Is there a huge chance Konami can drop the ball? Of course. But theres still a passionate fan base behind silent hill and if Konami just funds the dev team and let them do their shit and make it the best game they can make, it’ll bring profit in and make a lot pro people happy and potentially resurrect Silent Hill, like what happened to Resident evil
