I did enjoy the concept for the other side, imagine with me if you will, a Fallout game that starts with you not being let out of a vault through the normal large door but having to break out through the wall. Like you and your band of friends, let’s say 10th gen born in the vault and never seen the sky, break out of the vault because the overseers line have gone power mad and uses securitrons (I think that’s how that is spelled) to enforce martial law. You all are the newest line to “inherit” a secret tunnel hidden behind some panels that the families have been working on but got caught before they could finish. So you start the game with a prison break and for the first time you get to see the sky thus a new adventure starts.
TL;DR TOS is what I would do for the start of a Fallout game
