Yup, a new trailer for NBA 2K20 showcases loot boxes alongside literal casino games that are all wrapped up in its “MyTeam” mode.
At a time when loot boxes are being investigated for gambling, it’s an amazingly bad look to go flaunting them right next to slot machines. But 2K just doesn’t give a crap.
